All of the Schoenberg guitars I've had in the shop have been incredible, and this one is a perhaps once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own one at a reasonable price if you don't mind a few cosmetic issues. This guitar is lively, resonant, and super loud. It immediately takes command of the room, with surprising volume from a 000 body. Love the cocobolo too - what a gorgeous set of wood. Plays fantastic, with wider spacings to give you room to work. Comes with original Guardian case.

Cosmetically, this guitar is in fair to good condition. At some point it had a water leak, probably from a sound hole humidifier. It caused some cosmetic issues around the bass side, lower bout. Some finish checking, finish hazing, and finish lifting/shrinkage on the binding. There was a slightly loose brace, but my tech reglued it, so it's all structurally sound now - only the cosmetic issues remain. Otherwise it just has minor signs of handling. These guitars usually go for $8K and up, so this is a great chance to own one of these without stretching the wallet too thin!
