Here we have a beautiful dreadnought from the late luthier Preston Thompson. We lost him far too early in life, but he left behind a phenomenal legacy in the guitar world, creating a stellar reputation in a very short amount of time. This guitar is a great example of what kind of work he did - a masterpiece of vintage-replica style. It's based on a 1937 D-28 Herringbone, and boy does it sing. Love the 42-style trim on this one - it just fits. It has a huge voice, with tons of power without being too boomy or muddy. Plays fantastic, with tons of snap. Comes with original hardshell case.

Cosmetically, this guitar is in very good to excellent condition, with only very minor signs of handling.
